With reference to your Application for admission to 5-year Integrated Master of Science Programme of Indian Institutes of Science Education & Research, you are requested to appear for counseling on July 2, 2009 at 9 AM at any of the IISERs. You can get the address and contact details from the website of respective IISER.

A non-refundable counseling fee of Rs. 1000/- (payable in cash) will be charged at the time of counseling. For selected applicants taking admission, this amount will be adjusted against the tuition fee.

In order to verify your identity, you must bring (all original, and a photocopy of each):

1. IIT JEE 2009 Admit card
2. A copy of online application, which was submitted to IISER Bhopal.
3. 10th and 12th passing certificates and mark sheets (if the results are declared)
4. Age proof (if not covered in 1 or 2)
5. Category proof
6. Photo identity (If not covered in 1- 4)

On failing to establish the authenticity of any of the above documents, the candidate will not be considered for admission. OBC candidates must bring with them a non-creamy-layer certificate from appropriate authority.

After checking their identity and documents, the candidates will be asked to submit their choice of institutes and an option to be in the waiting list. IISER faculty will be available for counseling, consultation and accepting the choice sheet. Seat allocation will be done centrally at IISER Bhopal.

No reimbursement towards travel or boarding and lodging expenses will be provided by IISER. Please make your own boarding & lodging arrangements for attending the counseling.
